海外からのラジオ放送

すでに報じられているように、本日をもってオランダからの貴重な情報源の一つが無くなった。ここだけが全てというわけではないので情報源はほかにいくらでもある。
一番の情報源はまず聞くことだ、これに勝る情報はほかにない。
25日から国際放送局の多くが夏スケジュールへと移行する、昔と違い明日からのスケジュールが前もってすべてわかるという情報化社会になっている。10年、20年前では想像さえできなかった情報量である。どれが正しくどれが必要なのかを取捨選択する技を持つ必要がある。

Hello from Hilversum,

It's a case of Hello Goodbye (which would be a good title for a song). This is
the very last edition of the Newsletter, as the Weblog is closing on Saturday 24
March. As the clocks in Europe go forward on Sunday for summer time, RNW embarks
on the final stages of a reorganisation that is painful for everybody here. Due
to the huge budget cut announced last year by the government, around three
quarters of our employees will be losing their jobs in the coming months.

As I am almost 62 years old, early retirement was the best option for me, and I
shall be leaving the building in five weeks' time. Next week I shall be writing
a Web dossier on Free Speech, and then a series of articles reflecting on the
changes in international broadcasting since I started appearing on Media Network
in 1981.

As a subscriber to this Newsletter, I want to assure you that RNW will honour
its policy of not sharing the subscriber's list with any third parties. The same
goes for email addresses of those who have posted comments in the Weblog.
Ideally I would have liked to keep the commenting facility open for a while
longer, but in the past week there has been a very high amount of spamming, so
it's not really an option. As of Sunday 25 March, the Weblog will become an
archive of international media news from 2003-2012.

ATTENTION SCHEDULE CHANGE!
From Sunday 25 March, the English Section of Polish Radio External Service is changing its broadcast times and the nature of its transmissions. As of Sunday, the English Section will NOT be available on Short Wave, ending almost 80 years of broadcasts on this spectrum. Many thanks to all our listeners who tuned in via these means over the years.

However, the English Section is continuing ALL its transmissions via satellite and online, with podcasts also available via our RSS feed and through the iTunes platform.

Additionally, the English Section of Polish Radio External Service is available in London on DAB Spectrum 1 daily at 1900 local time.

Major changes are our LIVE transmission at the time of 1400 CEST (1200 UTC), with our main broadcast moving to 2000 CEST (1800 UTC).

Our flagship production, News from Poland, will move to the time of 1400 CEST, with a second edition at 2000 CEST. All magazine premieres will also air at 2000 CEST.

Our new transmission schedule is detailed below. A detailed schedule of our 1400 and 2000 transmissions will be made available over the weekend.

明日からはスケジュールが変更されるが、このバンド外の周波数はまず変わることがないだろう。3月24日0700台に聞こえたSOHの周波数である。
この中で14480kHzは、また細切れ放送をやっている。10数分であちこち飛び回っている。

同じく0600から約13分間、18641kHzでは英語の乱数が強力に入感していた。

3月24日の日替わり周波数をメモ。
1230の11570kHzはまたビルマ語とバッティング、どちらも同じ強さである。

7460kHzの怪しい電波は1604:22にキャリアーON、60秒後に停波した、音声はない。
このあと7460kHzは2047:23にキャリアーを出してきた、そして2057:00にビルマ語が、2100からKorean、チャンネル番号のアナウンスは出なかった。

北朝鮮からのジャミングの出現時刻をチェック。
ここ数日は停波する時間が短い、海外向けもほぼ定刻通りに始まっている。しかし電源の品質が悪いのか変調がひずんだり、ハム音がひどかったり、不安定な時間もある。日本語放送の7580kHzが23、24日と音質が悪い。
引き続き11680、9665、6400、6250、3320、3220、2850kHzは正確な周波数に出ているが、海外向け放送の周波数は精度が低い。

23日スーパージャミングの出ていた時間は:

24日、土曜日スーパージャミングの出てきた時間はいつもより若干早くなっている。

1300の朝鮮語、1330の日本語放送は9950kHz、ジャミングは聞こえない、受信状態は良好である。この時間は一週間同じ番組が出ている。

1330の｢しおかぜ｣は5910kHz、23日金曜日は英語放送が出ている。ジャミングは放送開始前の1309:20から出ている、用心がよすぎる。放送終了直後の1430:26にジャミングも止まった。6135kHzの垂れ流しも止まっている。

1430の｢ふるさとの風｣も9950kHz、週一度この時間にも放送される1330と同じ番組が出てきた。ジャミングは全くない、受信状態は極めて良好である。
拉致問題インフォメーションに続き、ニュース解説は衛星発射についても述べている。
拉致問題解説は国際連携に向けた政府の取り組みについて。昨年12月映画「めぐみ」の上映会での野田総理の挨拶から。

今週の一曲は1971年のヒット曲、加藤和彦作曲、北山修作詞の「あのすばらしい愛をもう一度」、2009年以降今週の一曲で幾度も登場している、今もよく歌われている名曲である。
