海外からのラジオ放送

4月16日、0100からRTIの英語放送がいくつかの周波数で聞こえている。馬英九総統のスタンフォード大学とのテレビ会議の模様が短波でも中継されている。
いずれも強力に聞こえている。実際に出ている周波数は、
11875、15245、15290、15320kHzの4波が確認できる。バックで中国語のアナウンスも入っているが全てクリアーに聞こえている。

Radio Taiwan International will have live coverage of President Ma Ying-jeou’s teleconference with Stanford University on April 16 from 0100 to 0200 UTC. The teleconference on Taiwan’s relations with the United States can be heard on 11875 KHz to the Philippines, 15320 KHz to Southeast Asia and 1422 KHz to southern Taiwan and Mainland China. Listeners in California can tune in to the one-hour broadcast on 1210 MW from 0400 to 0500 UTC. Our regular programs on those hours will be cancelled.
