海外からのラジオ放送

ほぼ毎日更新されているHFCCリスト、時に今までにない周波数が登録されたりする。27日のタミル語放送はその例だが、その同じ周波数は27日だけではなく、2013年3月30日まで登録されている。

DXLDなどによれば、その15650kHzではSarawak州の放送Radio Kenyalangが始まるだろうと述べている。現在15420kHzで毎日出ている、「自由サラワク放送」と同じような放送とのこと。イバン語でRFSが終了した後1200-1400に15650kHzで放送されるらしい。
放送は毎週木金の2日だけのようだ。HFCCの登録はイメージであって現在カザフスタンからの短波送信は無い。

Radio Kenyalang Needs To Get Licence To Operate In Sarawak: Salang
The owners of a proposed new private Iban radio station or Radio Kenyalang (RK) need to get a valid broadcasting licence if it is to use the spectrum allocated to the country.
Deputy Information, Communications and Culture Minister Datuk Joseph Salang said, however, they could very well be using shortwave frequency from foreign countries which would put it out of the country jurisdiction.

He was commenting on the radio station which is reportedly linked to a state opposition party, the Sarawak Worker's Party (SWP).

Newspaper reports quoted former local journalist Lester Melanyi as saying that he and a group of friends were now working out the details in Kuala Lumpur and London on how to operate the station.

He said here that RK would get its airwave right from the World Radio Network in London from where it hoped to broadcast directly.

WRNによれば、今日11月30日1200に開始するようだ。この時期受信は難しいだろうな。多分タミル語と同じ送信所のはずだ。
因みに15420kHzのイバン語はパラオ送信である。
