9日1900台から短波帯を少し覗いてみました。
やたら強かったのが7110kHzのエチオピアからと思われる電波。5990と9704kHzもパラで入感しています。7110kHzは2027にCRIのキャリアーが出てつぶされました。5990kHzも今日は強く聞こえています。
2000の7465kHz、Radio Tirana英語番組も強力でした。パラの13600kHzも弱いながらも聞こえています。
2030からのしおかぜ、5965kHzは中国語での呼びかけです。ジャミングが出ていますがそれを抑えて聞こえています。
中国語といえば、このほど政府の広報番組｢ふるさとの風｣のウェブサイトに、
朝鮮語、
中国語のページができています。
ふるさとの風の番組最後の予告によれば、来週14日から1333UTC（日本時間2233）からの放送が追加されます。
追加されるのは9585kHzで、
月・水・金・日が日本語、
火・木・土は朝鮮語です。
Between about 1970 to 1980, there were a string of incidents involving the abduction of Japanese citizens by North Korea. North Korea acknowledged that Japanese citizens had been abducted. North Korea has not, however, offered adequate explanations for the fate of the rest of the Japanese abductees. North Korea insists that the abduction issue has been resolved. The North Korean position, however, leaves many questions unanswered, and the Government of Japan considers it to be unacceptable.
