海外からのラジオ放送:RTÉ Radio 1短波放送実施

毎年恒例のアイルランドからの短波放送です。
たぶん受信は困難と思われますが・・・。
RTÉ Radio 1 will bring live commentary of Sunday's All-Ireland Hurling final between Waterford and Kilkenny and the All-Ireland Football final between Kerry and Tyrone on 21 September to GAA fans worldwide using various broadcasting technologies.

In Ireland, fans will be able to hear live commentary of on RTÉ Radio 1 on FM, LW 252, online at RTÉ.ie, via NTL and Sky television and on DAB digital radio in Dublin, Cork and Limerick.

In the UK, RTÉ Radio 1 will broadcast live commentary on LW 252, online at RTÉ.ie, via satellite (Europe, Hotbird and Eurobird), cable television and, available from Friday, 5 September, on Freesat.

Throughout the rest of Europe, fans can hear RTÉ Radio 1's live commentary via RTÉ.ie, LW 252, satellite and DRM trials.

Frequencies: 11715 kHz until 3.30, 9850 kHz from 3.30-5.00pm(1330-1500UTC)

In Africa, and as far as Southern Asia, RTÉ Radio 1 will broadcast live commentary from 3pm to 5pm Irish time(1300-1500UTC) on both 7 and 21 September.

Target: East of Central Africa
Frequency: 11960 kHz
Target: Southern Africa
Frequency: 7295 kHz

GAA fans in countries such as the United States, Canada and Australia can hear RTÉ Radio 1's live commentary via RTÉ.ie and satellite.

These services are part of RTÉ's continued commitment to Irish people overseas, particularly in geographically or technically isolated areas.

In addition to RTÉ Radio broadcasts, RTÉ will also broadcast the All-Ireland finals on RTÉ Television and on RTÉ.ie.
